People Fest is a celebration of what makes our city unique: Its people
- Traditions established more than a century ago with our original settlers -- French Canadian, Scotch/Irish, Italian, Greek, Lebanese -- continue today with a growing number of newcomers from countries around the world, including South America, Vietnam, Bosnia, Sudan, Somalia and Bhutan.
- Manchester’s deep cultural roots will be on display for all to explore during People Fest 2011, an opportunity to come together to rediscover our history and celebrate our future -- and experience all our community has to offer.
- People Fest will again be held in cooperation with the Art in the Park, an event by the Manchester Artists Association showcasing local artists and their work.
